Whisky Caramels

70% dark chocolate filled with a smooth, creamy housemade caramel that's been blended with award-winning artisanal Canadian whisky. 

We selected a 100% Canadian rye whisky for these caramels; Lot No. 40A uniquely honest, bold and complex whisky, made for taste the old fashioned way.

With its fruity and spicy rye notes, along with hints of vanilla and caramel, we discovered this whisky to be lovely to the palate. A perfect compliment to the the rich, nutty, and toasted flavour of our Peruvian chocolate. Together, a fascinating combination of warming flavours: brown butter, toasted marshmallow, toffee, fresh bread and honey.
