We craft small batches of dark chocolate directly from cacao beans in our small workshop in Almonte, near Ottawa.
Our equipment is small scale and old fashioned. We hand sort, slow roast and stone grind until our chocolate is unique and delicious.
We seek make the best possible chocolate, using the most pure ingredients and the slavish attention to craft.
