Artisan, Bean-to-Bar Goodness
We craft small batches of dark chocolate directly from cacao beans in our small Ottawa workshop.
Our equipment is small scale and old fashioned. We hand sort, slow roast and stone grind until our chocolate is unique and delicious.
We just followed the cacao trail to Costa Rica, where we met farmers, and chocolate producers all obsessed about chocolate. More trips are necessary, as we learn more about the cacao and farmers.
