It's made from the same beans as our Hispaniola 70% bar, but with half the sugar. The organic cocoa beans for this very bar were grown by farmers in the lush central highlands of the Dominican Republic. Quality-obsessed & committed to sustainable farming, they produce some of the best beans in the world, earning more than fair trade income.
