Meet our Neighbours

Meet our Neighbours

There’s something special about operating a business in a small town. We get to know our neighbours and we have some pretty great ones across Lanark County.

There’s Shirley and her team over at Fulton’s Pancake House & Sugar Bush in Pakenham. We use their maple sugar in our Maple bar.

Lanark County is known as the Maple Syrup Capital of Ontario and we think it’s pretty sweet that you can experience maple year-round. Yum!

Lanark County spans from the Rideau Canal to Canada’s Mississippi. Home to over 100 lakes, with rivers and waterfalls, coves and beaches speckling the landscape. Cycle or paddle through historic villages to discover urban inspired eateries, small town festivals, and community theatres.

We have many more friends in Carleton Place, Smiths Falls, Perth and beyond and you can easily stay a few days here roaming from small town to small town, taking in the countryside, meeting friendly locals and of course, indulging in some treats along the way.

We recommend you visit Sip & Savour Trail for a complete guide to all things culinary in Lanark County.
Check out Mississippi Mills and Lanark County Tourism for trip inspiration and complete visitor information.
