🇭🇹 Supporting Haitian Cacao Farmers

From Haiti's North Coast to Your Table:
This 70% dark chocolate showcases the exceptional cacao grown in the Cap-Haïtien region of northern Haiti. By sourcing from Haitian farming cooperatives, we support communities rebuilding their cacao industry while creating chocolate that honors the beans' unique character. This is bean-to-bar chocolate with purpose.

Tasting Notes:
Bold, earthy, and deeply satisfying with notes of tobacco, dried fruit, and subtle spice. Haitian cacao has a distinctive robust character that shines through our careful roasting and refining process in our Almonte factory. This is single-origin chocolate with personality.

Ethical Sourcing That Matters:
Every bar supports Haitian farmers working to restore their country's cacao heritage. We pay fair prices for exceptional beans, then craft them into chocolate that tells their story—from the Caribbean coast to Canadian craft chocolate.

Pure Ingredients:
Ethically sourced Haitian cacao beans, organic cane sugar, and cocoa butter. Vegan, soy-free, and gluten-free.
