Made by roasting cacao beans in small batches and separating the shell from the bean, cacao nibs are healthy, delicious and full of nutrients and minerals. They are high in fiber, protein, healthy fats, and low in sugar. Cacao nibs are also plant-based and make a wonderful addition to a vegan diet.
