I love crystallized ginger with chocolate .... and obviously given this bar is ginger plus Hummingbird's chocolate, it is the best I've ever tasted :)

Delicious and spicy
Most ginger bars only have the subtle taste of ginger. These chocolate bars have chunks and you're able to savour each morsel for a good long time. Oh and the chocolate itself is out of this world 😋
