Story

After trying salts from around the world, we came across a wonderful salt crafted by Vancouver Island Salt Co., one of the few in North America that hand-harvests sea salt. The cool Pacific waters create something extraordinarily unique and delicious. We love what it does to our chocolate. Enjoy, Enjoy. It's made from single-origin Trinatario cacao, cultivated by growers in northern Dominican Republic.
