Two Local Artisans, One Exceptional Bar:
This is craft chocolate with a uniquely Canadian story. We craft this 65% dark chocolate in our Almonte factory from ethically sourced single-origin Dominican Republic cacao, then sweeten it with pure maple sugar from our neighbors at Fulton's Pancake House & Sugar Bush—made right up the road in Lanark County, the Maple Syrup Capital of Canada.

The Bean-to-Bar Difference:
Unlike mass-market chocolate that uses refined cane sugar, we chose maple sugar to create something truly special. The natural caramel notes of maple sugar complement the fruit-forward character of our carefully roasted Zorzal cacao, creating layers of flavor you won't find anywhere else.

Just Three Pure Ingredients:
Ethically sourced cacao beans from Reserva Zorzal (Dominican Republic), pure maple sugar from Fulton's, and cocoa butter. No artificial flavors, no soy lecithin, no shortcuts. Vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free.
