Hispaniola 70% Single Origin, Dominican Republic. A bright, fruity dark chocolate bar. Named Best Chocolate in the World - Academy of Chocolate Awards, Golden Bean Winner, 2016
Hispaniola 85% Made from the same beans as our Hispaniola 70% bar, but with half the sugar. Delightfully dark, fruity and smooth.
Fleur de Sel 70% Our Hispaniola 70% blended with Vancouver Island Salt Co. sea salt. A crowd-pleasing favourite.
PB & Joy 65% Our fruity Hispaniola cacao blended smooth with freshly roasted peanuts. A PB & J to make your inner kid smile.
Tumaco 70% Single Origin, Colombia. A flavourful adventure with notes of whisky, plum and wildflower honey.
Mayan 68% Single Origin dark chocolate with a blend of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and chili) that finishes with just a hint of heat.
Zorzal 70% Single Origin, Dominican Republic. Cacao harvested from a bird sanctuary. Makes your heart sing! Smooth like honey with hints of fresh apricot and pecan.

You can taste the quality. However, there is minimal difference in taste between the chocolates. The packaging is well made and it arrived much earlier than expected.

I ordered 2 of these and they were delivered quickly and locally. Much easier than trying to find them at Farmboy.
The seven bars are in one box, with a see through cover and tied with a ribbon.
My only problem was that the individual bars packaging stuck together. (It wasn't that important for me, personally). But, if you're giving it as soon gift or to sell, you might want to consider that.

The multi-bar collections are marvelous and also a discount. I deconstruct the box, some to gift, some to share, some to indulge myself. Love the single origin bars, can't decide which of the Hispaniola, Tumaco, or Zorzal is my fav, will keep tasting! The presentation is good. My only quibble is it would be better if the bars could be cleanly separated.
As of this writing, the seven bar collection is sold out again and no wonder; it's actually a bargain and brings together seven different award winning chocolate bars, each with it's own distinctive tasting notes. If I had to quibble, I might ask for a touch more PB in the PB & J, but that's just me. I'm hoping this collection is available again soon.
