the cherries added a hint of fruit to the chocolate which reminded me of some of the Hummingbird bars, which I enjoyed. However, I think my personal preference would be for less chocolate around the cherry. I haven't found a chocolate maker who does this except when it comes to orange dipped in chocolate, maybe it can't be done for other fruit.
