Made by roasting cacao beans in small batches and separating the shell from the bean, cacao nibs are healthy, delicious and full of nutrients and minerals. They are high in fiber, protein, healthy fats, and low in sugar. Cacao nibs are also plant-based and make a wonderful addition to a vegan diet. Use them interchangeably with nuts or chocolate chips in baking, sprinkle them on your oatmeal, salad, or ice cream, or simply snack on them on their own. Happy nibbling!

Roasted cacao nibs can last much longer if kept in the right condition and stored properly. To ensure your cacao nibs last as long as possible, store them in an airtight container and keep them in a dark, cool and dry location. They may also be refrigerated or frozen to preserve the freshness and flavour.
