Locally made Raspberry Chocolate Jam, by master jam maker Michael of Michael's Dolce.  He sources Canadian raspberries and pairs it with our fruity Hispaniola 70% dark chocolate.  His jams are not overly sweet, less thick and sugary, leaving you to taste the fruit first.  More like crushed raspberries with chocolate, this magically delicious creation is perfect on vanilla ice cream, yogurt, toasted brioche, or a fresh butter croissant.
