From the Pacific coastal region of Tumaco, Colombia to our bean-to-bar factory in Almonte, this award-winning 70% dark chocolate showcases the unique terroir of Colombian cacao. We work with farming cooperatives in this biodiverse region to source exceptional beans, then roast and refine them in small batches to highlight their distinctive flavor profile.
